Overview of mission
Following the transformation of Total into TotalEnergies, the company designed a new strategic roadmap for all subsidiaries of the new parent brand. TotalEnergies engaged SiaXperience to apply its design thinking and change management expertise to drive the implementation of this roadmap and ensure a smooth adoption across the company.
SiaXperience co-designed workshops and collaborative tools to establish an approach best suited to TotalEnergies’ company culture. This alignment ensured that international subsidiaries embraced the roadmap, while allowing them to adapt it to their local contexts.
We created a toolbox for TotalEnergies’ to deploy its new roadmap by combining expertise in workshop design, group facilitation, graphic design and HR transformation. Our work was then translated into 10 languages to ensure the tools could be leveraged by colleagues across the globe.
