Where it all began...
Pfizer aspires to distinguish itself in the pharmaceutical sector by transforming the way it engages with patients and physicians. The goal is to work faster and easier. To achieve this objective, Pfizer asked us to help them improve their campaign planning and execution processes, including ways of working and governance.
How did we help?
We kicked things off by auditing the group's current digital marketing capabiltiies. We helped them better understand their audiences by developing persona's based on target profile types and designing optimized customer journeys.
We, then, co-developed improved workflows feeding into a new process blueprint, as well as roadmap for scaling capabilties and competency.
Finally, we partnered with Pfizer team to bring their marketing organization up to speed and implement the new plan for global deployment.
