Refreshing a resort brand for the digital age

Overview of mission

In an environment where competition is strong, Méribel, a world-renowned ski resort positioned at the intersection of French elegance and family fun, came to SiaXperience to revitalize its digital presence. We assembled experts in design thinking, tech strategy and UX/UI design from SiaXperience to tackle the challenge.

Work highlights

We conducted a competitive audit and collaborated with the Tourism Office to run a series of co-design workshops to embrace all the available expertise and solve for numerous technical challenges posed by accessibility, new GDPR regulations and poor cellular service due to its remote location.

Méribel’s new website and app provide upgrades to its visual identity and taxonomy, and provide performance improvements related to loading speeds, device access and customer accounts.
