Developing an energy auction platform
Overview of mission
As part of its 2027 strategy, SwissGrid engaged SiaXperience to design a platform that consolidates numerous contributors to the Swiss electrical network into a single interface.
Work highlights
We paired our design thinking experts, IxD team and technologists with our own energy sector SMEs to document business processes, behaviors and interactions as they occurred in their natural environment, which we then used to identify project opportunities and constraints.
