Overview of mission
SiaXperience partnered with VIA Rail, Canada’s national railway, to co-design and implement an innovation strategy. We designed and led workshops to guide internal teams to find new ways to improve customer and employee experiences.
SiaX led a number of planning and ideation workshops, including:
- A series inspired by the design fiction methodology, for which 50 employees from 7 departments were invited to project themselves into 2030 and to prototype “a station in the future” that would deliver a better customer experience
- A session using design thinking to lead a team to design a new internal communications platform that would allow train employees to be in constant contact with station employees
